•For non-custom items, 14 DAYS returns may be accepted only if the item is unused and in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For the Custom items:
• Custom orders and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are made specifically for you.
• Once production has begun or the has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Any cancellation requested after production begins will incur a 50% fee to cover labor and material costs.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. I’ll be happy to assist and work toward a solution.

• We recommend avoiding contact with oil to maintain the diamond’s shiny surface.

• Packages sent to a UPS Access Point must be picked up within the carrier’s holding period (typically 5–7 days).
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees and any reshipment fees.
• Any approved refund will be issued minus all shipping and handling costs.
• Unclaimed custom or personalized orders returned due to missed pickup are not eligible for refunds.
